I can’t speak to the tennis part, but the swimming/beach membership has really gone downhill. The owners clearly don’t care anymore and they have stopped investing in the facility. The bathrooms and snack bar are disgusting and so is water quality. There are often feathers and geese/duck poop floating on the surface and since the water doesn’t have a fountain to circulate the water, it can become a breeding ground for mosquitos. Why can’t they skim the water each morning and/or evening? They haven’t updated any of the floats and they only have one in the deep end. As a result, kids crowd it and it can become a dangerous situation. This is often exacerbated by the incompetence of several of the life guards who somehow fail to adequately monitor the float when they are on a longboard within feet of it. They raised their prices again this season and reduced the hours. Until the owners show some interest in improving the facilities, I’d look elsewhere. It’s surprising that the Mahwah Health Department hasn’t shut them down as of yet.

My family loves it here. It's a decent sized lake for north jersey and the membership fees are very reasonable. They have inflatable slides in the lake for 2 different swimming levels as well as a diving board. There is a Cafe for food, make sure you bring cash for that. The Tennis courts look really nice, but I don't play so I don't know anything more than that they look good

The community is very nice. The clubhouse is warm and cozy. Went here for a paddle tournament and enjoyed great company and food.

This private lake is so clean and fun for the kids. They have large floaties, diving board/docks, and a mini slide in the water. plus there bathrooms and tables

The club overall is wonderful. My wife and I played pickleball there a few times. I'd rate the pickleball courts a 2 out of 5. They're on the club's old, cracked hard courts. The people who come to play are great and play can be a lot of fun but the courts are really bad.
